They are very accessible. Even the person answering the phone has the ability to help you. They are very committed to making sure I have what I need and I think in the field of addiction and recovery time is always of the essence.

We Are Here For You

Waterstone staff use evidence-based treatments to help adults develop the resources to live to their full potential.

Waterstone therapists use many different evidenced-based treatment modalities and are trained to know which modality would work best for your unique situation.  After getting to know your circumstances, the therapist then partners with you to develop a plan for treatment.   Therapists at Waterstone have many different specialties, one of which is helping people who are affected by loved ones who have substance use disorders.  The staff at Waterstone are compassionate and can help you to live your best life.  Call to make an appointment today.

What Is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy also called psychotherapy is a form of counseling. You’ll meet regularly one-on-one with a reliable and relatable therapist to explore your feelings and life experiences, and any personal difficulties you are currently going through.  Individual therapy can help you explore areas of your life where you feel stuck and increase your understanding of the way you interact with the world and with yourself. Waterstone therapists can assist you in developing insight into patterns creating difficulties in your life. Deeper self-knowledge promotes healing and can help you move on from what’s been holding you back.
