Pamela has served as Director of Administration at Waterstone since 2015. Her role includes oversight of front and back office staffing, human resources, financials, outreach, and the day-to-day operations of multiple locations keeps her on her toes. She has been deeply committed to her career in the mental health field since 2007 but found a “forever” home with Waterstone where she plans to retire from in the next decade. Outside of her professional role, she is an avid ocean enthusiast, weather nerd, crocheter, blog writer, travel enthusiast, and a member of the chorale group Rock Voices who performs in New England for charitable causes.
